Telesales Executive

Sagamax Automation Pvt. Ltd., a leading provider of home and industrial automation solutions (motion sensors, touch switches, gate & curtain automation, water level controllers, etc.), is looking for a motivated Tele Sales Executive. The role requires engaging with potential customers, explaining our smart automation products, generating leads, and converting them into successful sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to build customer trust.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to promote Sagamax automation products and solutions.
• Handle inbound calls, inquiries, and provide accurate product information.
• Identify customer needs in residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Generate and qualify leads, schedule product demos, and follow up for closures.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to franchise/business growth.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer feedback in CRM/database.
• Coordinate with the marketing and technical team for smooth order handling.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships with dealers, contractors, and project owners.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
• Prior experience in tele sales, customer support, or inside sales preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills in Hindi, English, and regional languages.
• Strong interest in automation, electronics, and smart home solutions.
• Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, Email).
