Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer

You are a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer who will join our team to transform conceptual designs into photo-realistic 3D visualizations. Your role involves proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and stakeholders. You will create high-quality 3D models, renders, and animations from architectural plans, sketches, and concept drawings. Your responsibilities include interpreting design briefs, collaborating with architects, interior designers, and marketing teams, applying textures, lighting, and materials for realistic output, producing still images, walkthroughs, and virtual tours for presentations, revising visuals based on feedback, and maintaining an organized library of 3D assets and materials. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in 3D software like 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, and Maya, as well as experience with rendering engines such as V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, or Enscape. Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or other post-processing tools, a strong understanding of lighting, composition, and detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects are essential. Excellent visualization, communication, and teamwork skills are also crucial. While a Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Animation, or a related field is preferred, additional bonus skills such as experience with AR/VR or interactive visualization, knowledge of architectural terminology and construction details, and animation and motion graphics experience are optional but beneficial. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule and performance bonus. The work location is in person.,
