Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer

As a Space Planner and Conceptual Designer, your role involves meeting with clients to understand their vision, needs, and preferences for the space. You will utilize 3D design tools to plan the layout, considering furniture placement, traffic flow, lighting, and functionality. Additionally, you will create mood boards and visual concepts reflecting the desired aesthetic, such as modern, traditional, or minimalist. - Creating accurate 3D models of interior spaces using software like SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, or Revit. - Producing high-quality renderings to provide clients with a realistic preview of the designed space, including lighting, textures, and colors. - Developing interactive or animated virtual walkthroughs for clients to explore the design. - Assisting in material and finishing selections, choosing materials like flooring, wall finishes, textiles, and furniture. - Planning lighting schemes to ensure proper lighting for function and mood, using 3D renderings to demonstrate the impact of lighting on the atmosphere. - Customizing and detailing elements such as custom-made furniture or decor in 3D, focusing on textures and finishes for a high-quality outcome. - Collaborating with contractors, electricians, carpenters, and other professionals to ensure accurate execution of the design, and incorporating revisions based on client feedback. Commonly used software includes AutoCAD for technical drawings and floor plans, SketchUp for quick 3D modeling, 3ds Max for high-quality rendering, Revit for BIM (Building Information Modeling), and Blender for creating high-end visuals and animations.
