Job Description

Profile: Telesales Executive

Department: Sales – Startup Mitr

Reporting Person: Sales Manager

Experience: Minimum 6 months – 2 yr. exp.

Location: H Block, Sector 63, Noida

Job Summary:

  • Make outbound calls on provided data (startups, MSMEs, and entrepreneurs) to introduce Startup Mitr’s services.
  • Explain social media marketing, digital branding and promotional solutions clearly and effectively.
  • Generate qualified leads and set up appointments with the reporting manager.
  • Maintain follow-ups with interested clients and ensure timely responses.
  • Keep records of calls, client interactions and feedback in the CRM or lead tracker.
  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
  • Coordinate with the reporting manager to convert leads into clients.
  • Share regular updates and reports with the reporting manager.

Requirements:

  • Must have passed 12th/Intermediate
  • 6 months–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales.
  • Strong follow-up and customer relationship skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a quick learner.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Number of calls made per day.
  • Number of qualified leads generated.
  • Appointment conversion rate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
