Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, managing customer relationships, and helping to drive revenue growth. Your goal is to close sales deals and maintain good customer relationships to ensure future business. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products and services. Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, customer information, and outcomes in the CRM system. Follow up on warm leads and handle inbound inquiries when necessary. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Handle objections and negotiate to close sales effectively. Provide feedback on customer trends and interests to the marketing and product development teams.
