Job Description

Duties: Responsibilities: Contact potential or Existing customers to inform them about projects. Initiating sales by understanding the requirements of clients with potential clients over the phone. Effective Communication is the key parameter for acquisition of new clients and driving business numbers. You need to build an excellent reputation with the clients while meeting/sales calls. Give instant Information and solutions as per the needs of clients. Invite Clients for site visits to suggested Properties / Projects. Follow-ups of Clients after site visits. Listening to customers needs to generate repeat sales. Direct prospects and leads to the sales team. Keep record of calls and sales and note useful information. Dress code has to be professional while meeting with clients and maintaining office decorum. Organize group meetings or one on one meetings with clients for presentations about the company and various properties and projects.
