Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell products/services. Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and social media. Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve sales strategies. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently explain offerings. Requirements: Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and convincing abilities. Ability to handle rejection and remain confident. Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM software (preferred). Fluent in [Language 1], and knowledge of [Language 2] (optional but preferred). Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate in any stream.
