Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, building client relationships, and contributing to the overall sales growth of the company. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential clients through cold calling, field visits, and lead generation campaigns. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services. Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demos as needed. Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and negotiations to close deals. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain and update sales records, CRM entries, and daily reports. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and support) to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: Proven track record in sales or business development (Fresher Can also Apply). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a target-driven approach. Strong presentation and customer handling skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory). Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell products/services. Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and social media. Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve sales strategies. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently explain offerings. Requirements: Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and convincing abilities. Ability to handle rejection and remain confident. Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM software (preferred). Fluent in [Language 1], and knowledge of [Language 2] (optional but preferred). Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate in any stream.
