Telesales Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to contribute to our sales team. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, maintaining good customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads. Explain product or service offerings clearly and persuasively. Answer questions about the products or the company. Handle customer objections and close sales. Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in a CRM system. Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Build strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business. Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements:Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or customer service preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively. Strong listening skills and attention to detail. Basic computer proficiency and experience using CRM software. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in sales, marketing, or related field is a plus.
