Telesales Executive

Job Title: Telesales Executive/ Senior Telesales Executive

Location: Zirakpur (Near Cosmo Mall) , Chandigarh Tricity

Reporting To: Managing Director
Salary : Rs. 15,000- 25,000/ month (in hand- no deductions) + Monthly Incentives (Upto Rs. 25,000+)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Connect with potential and existing customers via phone, introduce our products and services, and address queries.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team success.
• Promote and sell Meadbery’s nutritional products and services.
• Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business.
• Upsell relevant products and services.
• Manage customer data and sales pipeline through our CRM system.
• Follow up on leads generated through our marketing campaigns.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 1–3 years’ experience in Telesales , preferably in a D2C supplement environment.
• Strong command of English and Hindi (Hinglish fluency a plus)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport over phone and in person
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) and basic MS Office
• Empathetic listener, solution-oriented mindset, and commitment to client confidentiality

Pay: ₹15,808.69 - ₹25,000.15 per month
