Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads and engage with potential customers over the phone. - Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions to drive sales. - Handle customer inquiries effectively. - Make sales calls to promote company offerings. - Conduct site visits across all locations, including Kerala, Coimbatore, and Chennai. Qualifications: - Must be fluent in Malayalam and have experience in the real estate industry. - Proven experience in converting leads into site visits. - Capable of working independently and meeting sales targets. - Possess excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
