Telesales Executive - Junior

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Telesales Executive - Junior. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, managing customer inquiries, generating leads, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the sales team. The role also involves maintaining customer databases and achieving sales targets through effective communication and persuasive techniques.

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales
• Customer Support skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Relevant experience in a telesales or customer service role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
• Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
