As part of our small and dynamic founding team, you’ll play a key role in spreading the word about our app and helping users experience its value first-hand. Position Overview We’re looking for energetic and friendly Sales Tele-callers to connect with prospective users, introduce them to our mobile app, and invite them to explore it. There are no sales targets or high-pressure quotas — we value genuine conversations and impactful communication. Incentives are performance-based and reward meaningful results. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential app users and explain the app’s benefits and features. Generate interest, build rapport, and encourage users to download / sign up. Maintain a database of leads, calls, and responses. Follow up with interested users to ensure engagement and satisfaction. Share user feedback and suggestions with the internal team. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to improve outreach strategies. Requirements Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus). Confident, polite, and persuasive on the phone. Basic computer and smartphone knowledge. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
