Telesales Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, introducing them to our products/services, and closing sales efficiently. You will be required to identify customer needs, provide detailed information about our offerings, and persuade potential clients to make a purchase while maintaining a professional and customer-friendly approach. Key responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, following up with prospects, addressing customer inquiries, and overcoming objections effectively. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, update CRM systems, and achieve or exceed sales targets consistently. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
