Telesales Executive

GenesisOmega is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telesales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our range of animal feed supplements through telesales and basic marketing activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual to grow within a leading manufacturing company in the animal nutrition industry. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers (distributors, dealers, farmers, veterinary professionals). Explain product features and benefits to clients clearly and professionally. Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Maintain and update customer databases using basic computer tools (Excel, Word, etc.). Assist the marketing team in campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement activities. Coordinate with the sales team and provide administrative support. Handle customer queries and provide information related to products and services.
