Job Summary:The Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales and building relationships with new and existing customers over the phone. This role involves understanding customer needs, presenting suitable products or services, handling objections, and closing sales while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services. Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions to meet their needs. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or inbound inquiries. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Handle customer objections, queries, and complaints in a professional manner. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine pitch scripts and sales strategies.
