We are looking for a highly creative and analytically driven Graphic Designer cum Performance Marketer to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role blends creative design expertise with hands-on experience in running paid campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong aesthetic sense and is equally comfortable with marketing metrics and optimization strategies. Key Responsibilities Graphic Design:Design engaging and visually appealing creatives for ads, websites, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels. Create and maintain brand identity assets including logos, icons, and templates. Work with content and marketing teams to bring concepts to life through design. Ensure all creative assets are aligned with the brand guidelines and optimized for respective platforms. Performance Marketing:Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. Manage campaign budgets and monitor KPIs like CPC, CPA, ROAS, and CTR. Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and targeting strategies. Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve conversions. Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and tools.
