Job Description:

We are hiring Telesales Officers to join our growing team. The role involves making outbound calls, explaining products, and assisting customers. Freshers are welcome to apply — full training will be provided.

Responsibilities (in simple steps):

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Explain company products and services clearly.
• Convince customers and close sales.
• Maintain good relationships with customers.
• Handle customer queries and provide solutions.
• Keep accurate records of calls and leads.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
• Work with the team to achieve overall goals.
• Maintain professionalism during all calls.
• Report daily updates to the team leader.

Requirements:

• Good communication in Hindi & English.
• Basic computer knowledge.
