Job Title: Telesales Executive (US Shift Time Zone) Location: Office-Based Shift Timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST Experience: 1–4 years Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team for the US market. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for sales. You will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, pitching products/services, and closing deals with potential US-based customers. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers based in the US. Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions/products/services. Maintain and update CRM with customer information and status. Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Follow up with leads through emails/calls as required. Build long-term customer relationships by providing excellent service. Required Skills: Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written). Prior experience in telesales, outbound calling, or BPO (US Process preferred). Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Comfortable to work night shifts Basic computer and CRM software knowledge. Preferred Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline. Experience in sales to US customers
