Job Description

Job Summary: Dynoble Medical Publishing is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact between the company and potential clients. You will be responsible for initiating conversations, introducing our medical publishing services, and generating interest through outbound calls. This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills looking to contribute to a fast-paced and goal-oriented team. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote Dynoble Medical Publishing’s services. Clearly communicate the benefits and features of our offerings to potential customers. Identify customer needs and provide relevant information to generate interest and leads. Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in call logs or internal databases. Follow up with interested prospects regularly to nurture relationships and support the sales process. Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing and sales to pass on qualified leads. Stay updated on the company’s latest offerings and services to answer customer queries effectively. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets as set by the team leader or manager.
