Job Description

Role & ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to leads from Instagram, IndiaMART, and other campaigns. Attend inbound customer inquiries and provide product information. Qualify leads: Identify whether they are retailers, wholesalers, resellers, or homeowners. Share product catalogues, quotations, and offers via WhatsApp/Email. Maintain daily records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in company CRM/Excel. Coordinate with sales managers to convert warm leads into orders. Achieve weekly/monthly targets for qualified leads and conversions. Required SkillsStrong communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi (optional), and basic English. Confident, polite, and persuasive attitude. Experience in tele-sales / call center / FMCG / sanitaryware sales preferred. Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Excel, and Google Forms. Ability to handle objections and follow up consistently.
