Job Title: Telesales Executive Location: Bommanahalli, Bangalore Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 0–3 years Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 (In-hand) + CTC + Incentives Languages Required: English and Hindi Working Days: 6 days/week Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our sales team in Bommanahalli. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining products or services, handling queries, and closing sales over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to achieve monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers and promote company products/services. Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions. Maintain accurate records of customer details, calls, and sales outcomes. Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into successful sales. Meet daily and monthly call and sales targets. Required Skills: Excellent communication in Hindi and English. Good persuasion and negotiation ability. Positive attitude, self-motivation, and target-driven mindset. Ability to handle rejection and remain confident on calls. Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th pass or graduate.
