Job Description:

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Telesales Executives to join our dynamic sales team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, converting leads into bookings, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Explain products and services to customers and resolve their queries effectively.
Follow up on leads provided by the company and maintain a lead database.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain good relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
Report daily activities and sales performance to the manager.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication and persuasive skills in Hindi and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, or call management tools).
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
