Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and maintaining strong relationships with clients over the phone. You will play a key role in achieving the company’s sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate new leads. Explain and promote products or services to potential clients over the phone. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions. Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential customers. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain detailed records of calls, interactions, and sales in the CRM system. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies. Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitors.
