Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database. Explain company products/ services clearly and effectively. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products or solutions. Generate leads, set appointments, or close sales depending on project requirements. Maintain call logs, customer details, and follow-up information. Meet daily/ weekly/ monthly sales targets and reporting requirements. Handle customer queries in a polite and professional manner. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Required Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills (English and/or regional languages). Good listening skills and ability to handle customer objections. Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn. Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM usage preferred). Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment. Eligibility / Qualifications: Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate (freshers welcome). No prior experience required; training will be provided. Candidates with prior sales or customer service internships are a plus.
