Telesales Executive

Job Summary:
We are hiring a motivated and student-focused Admission Advisor to manage the end-to-end enrollment process for prospective students. The role involves handling inquiries, providing academic counseling, maintaining structured follow-ups, and achieving monthly admission targets while delivering a professional and positive counseling experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and suggest suitable programs based on their academic background and career aspirations
• Explain course details, eligibility criteria, benefits, and admission procedures clearly
• Guide students from the initial inquiry stage to successful enrollment
• Meet monthly targets for counseling sessions, conversions, and admissions
• Connect with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings
• Maintain consistent follow-ups to improve conversion rates
• Update CRM systems accurately and maintain proper documentation of student interactions
• Coordinate with marketing, academic, and support teams to ensure a smooth admissions process

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Required)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions counseling, academic counseling, EdTech sales, or inside sales (Required)
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Target-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational abilities
• Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools
• Malayalam language proficiency (Required)
• Submission of a short self-introduction video is mandatory

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
