Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Academic Advisor to manage the complete admissions cycle for prospective learners. The role involves handling inquiries, counseling students, converting leads into enrollments, and achieving monthly admission targets while ensuring a professional and supportive guidance experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one counseling to prospective students and suggest suitable programs based on their academic background and career goals
Clearly explain course structure, benefits, eligibility criteria, and admission proceduresConvert inquiries into successful enrollments through consistent follow-upsAchieve monthly targets for counseling sessions, lead conversions, and enrollmentsEngage with students through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, webinars, and virtual meetingsMaintain accurate student data and update CRM records regularlyWork closely with marketing, academic, and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission experience

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counseling, admissions, EdTech sales, telesales, or a similar role
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to understand student needs and provide appropriate program recommendationsTarget-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational skillsComfortable using CRM systems and digital communication platformsBachelor’s degree is mandatory

Preferred Skills:

Strong rapport-building ability with students and parents
Persuasive communication and negotiation skillsExperience in EdTech companies, educational institutions, or training centers will be an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kannur District, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
