Job Description: E-commerce Sales Executive (Paid Services for Account Management) Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated E-commerce Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our paid e-commerce account management services. This role focuses on acquiring new clients, nurturing relationships, and achieving sales targets by showcasing the value and benefits of our services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for paid account management services. o Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and retain clients. 2. Client Acquisition: Identify potential e-commerce sellers in need of account management services. o Reach out via calls, emails, and meetings to explain the benefits of the services. 3. Service Promotion: Clearly communicate the features, advantages, and ROI of e-commerce account management services. Address client inquiries and concerns to build trust and close sales. 4. Account Management Assistance : Collaborate with the account management team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. Collect client feedback to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction. 5. Market Research : Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitors, and market demands to tailor sales approaches. o Provide regular feedback to the management team on market insights and client needs. Key Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in e-commerce or digital services. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented approach. Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and account management services is a plus.
