Job Title: Telesales Executive Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated Telesales Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to call potential customers and assist them in opening a DMAT account with SMC Global Securities. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the benefits of opening a DMAT account. Convince and guide customers through the account opening process. Follow up with interested leads to ensure account activation. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales conversions. Work towards achieving sales targets and company objectives. Requirements: Experience: 0-2 years in telesales, banking, broking, or financial services (Freshers are welcome). Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred. Skills: Good communication skills, persuasive ability, and basic knowledge of the stock market. Language: Hindi and English (Regional language proficiency is a plus).
