Telesales Executive

Job Summary:We are seeking enthusiastic and persuasive Tele Sales Executives to join our growing travel agency. You will be responsible for selling domestic and international travel packages (Flight + Hotel + Transfers + Sightseeing), handling customer queries, and converting inquiries into bookings via phone. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Promote domestic and international travel packages. Understand customer travel requirements and offer suitable packages. Convert leads from online platforms (website, social media, etc.) into confirmed bookings. Follow up with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Upsell services like travel insurance, visa assistance, and upgrades. Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM. Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and visa regulations. Requirements:Minimum 12th pass; Bachelor's degree preferred. 0–3 years of experience in tele sales or travel industry. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of major travel destinations, airlines, and hotel chains. Familiarity with travel booking platforms like Amadeus, Galileo, or online B2B portals is a plus. Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented. Basic computer skills (Excel, Email, CRM tools).
