Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain membership offerings.
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable plans.
• Convert warm leads into paid members through effective communication.
• Follow up to ensure high conversion rates.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing for continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication skills in Bengali.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Ability to handle objections and rejections positively.
• Good listening skills and problem-solving attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).

Qualification & Experience:

• HS Pass is mandatory for this role.
• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or similar roles (preferred).
• At least a minimum of 1 year of experience in the relevant field is preferred.
• Should be available for 12PM -9PM Work Shift.
• Experience in the dating/matrimony industry will be an added advantage.
