We are a growing Digital Marketing Agency specializing in social media marketing, lead generation, website development, SEO, and online branding. We help businesses grow digitally and are now expanding our team with energetic and customer-focused telecalling executives. Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential clients to explain our digital marketing services (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Website, etc.). Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales/marketing team. Maintain a database of customer information and follow up on inquiries. Handle inbound queries professionally and provide relevant information about services. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets of calls, leads, and conversions. Maintain good relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and updates. Collaborate with the marketing team to refine calling scripts and strategies for better conversion. ey Skills Required:Excellent communication and convincing skills (Hindi & English). Basic understanding of digital marketing services (training will be provided). Confident, energetic, and target-oriented personality. Good listening skills and ability to handle client objections positively.
