Telesales Assistant

As a Telesales Assistant in the real estate industry, you will be based in our office located at 1st Floor, Akruti Apartments, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur. With 13 years of experience in the field, this full-time position offers a competitive fixed salary. Your role will involve engaging with clients over the phone in both Hindi and English languages. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospects, providing property details, understanding client needs, and matching them with suitable options. Additionally, scheduling and coordinating site visits, maintaining accurate lead records in CRM, and ensuring a friendly and helpful experience for every caller will be part of your key responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should have 1 to 3 years of experience in telesales or customer service, with real estate experience considered a plus. Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English, a client-focused approach, confidence in handling calls, teamwork abilities, and the capacity to meet targets are essential requirements. Basic computer and CRM knowledge would be preferred.
