We are committed to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telesales Agent/Executive to join our growing team. Need GOOD ENGLISH COMMUNICATION. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, explaining products, and closing sales over the phone. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database or leads. Explain product features, pricing, and benefits effectively (focus on Apple products and services). Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products or offers. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain call records and update the CRM with accurate details. Follow up with customers to close sales and ensure post-sale satisfaction. Handle customer queries, objections, and provide relevant information professionally. Collaborate with the sales team for lead conversion and customer retention. Stay updated on product knowledge, ongoing promotions, and market trends. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales (preferably in electronics or retail). Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English and Hindi (regional language proficiency is a plus). Strong sales orientation with the ability to close deals over the phone. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Positive attitude, target-driven, and customer-focused approach. Preferred Qualification: Graduate in any stream (Commerce, Business, or Marketing preferred). Experience in Apple product sales or premium electronics is an added advantage.
