Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to promote. Provide detailed information about the products and negotiate deals. Effectively handle customer objections and close sales while meeting sales targets. Build strong rapport and trust with customers by maintaining a friendly and professional conversation. Exhibit empathy and a human touch ensuring a personalized experience. Manage situations effectively. Ensure customer attention by understanding their preferences and providing customized solutions. Develop a broad thinking approach in selecting the best possible options for customers.Preferred Skills: Cold calling experience is essential. Strong communication skills (Tamil or Malayalam). Ability to create emotional connections with customers through empathetic conversations. Experience in handling objections and demonstrating effective situation handling. Ability to build rapport and maintain trust with customers. Comfortable with smartphones and CRM software for interactions and manage customer Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Language: Malayalam (Required) English (Required) Work Location: In person
