Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Customer Support position located in Gurugram. The Customer Support Agent will handle a variety of tasks including providing customer support, resolving technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and utilizing analytical skills to assess and solve problems. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers.
