Job Description Objective: contact clients on new suits, confirm with clients for arbitrations/trials; schedule initial expert depositions; follow up with opposing counsel for discovery responses, authorizations, etc; follow up with courts/judges for entered orders Experience: 3.5- 7years of dedicated experience Education – LLB Preferred -LPO services experience and contract drafting. Job Responsibilities: Tasks • Prep new suits • Draft documents for e-filing (pleadings, motions, orders, etc), then e-file, and update expense spreadsheet.
