Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and reliable Telemarketing Executive to connect with US and UK-based clients who are actively hiring. Your role will be to pitch our IT outsourcing and placement services, build rapport, and generate interest in our offerings. Prior telesales experience is not required — we value strong communication skills, coordination, and integrity above all.

Tasks

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

- Make 60–70 outbound calls daily using a dialer system

- Engage with hiring managers and decision-makers in the US/UK

- Present our IT outsourcing and placement services clearly and confidently

- Maintain accurate call logs and client interaction records

- Use screenshot monitoring tools during work hours for productivity tracking

- Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on leads and client queries

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English

  • Strong coordination and organizational abilities

  • Honest, dependable, and self-motivated

  • Comfortable working with dialer software and screen monitoring tools

  • Ability to work independently and meet daily call targets
