Job Description

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, introduce our interior design services, and generate qualified leads. Follow up with leads from digital campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins to schedule design consultations. Handle in-showroom customer interactions, explain design offerings, materials, and pricing structures confidently. Maintain and update CRM/lead management tools with accurate customer details and interaction logs. Coordinate with designers and project managers to ensure smooth handover of leads and customer satisfaction. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. Participate in marketing activities, events, and promotions as needed to drive footfall and brand visibility.
