Good Communication Skills (English & Regional)

Go-getter attitude, convincing skills

Basic Computer Knowledge

Outbound calling / sales experience (preferred)

Experience Required:

Freshers & Experienced both can apply

Age: 18 – 34 Years

Salary Range:

Fresher: Starting CTC ₹18,631 (In hand ₹14,500) from 3rd Month

From 4th Month: CTC ₹23,290 (In hand ₹18,800)

Experienced: CTC ₹23,290 (In hand ₹18,800)

Retention Bonus: ₹13,000 (5th Month)

Incentives based on performance

Key Responsibilities:

Cold calling & lead generation

Onboarding new clients

Promoting and selling company services

Achieving sales targets with a growth mindset
