Job Description

Job Purpose: Telemarketing Executive (Tamil or Malayalam) To fix the appointments with prospective customers and also to ensure that they are Met by the Sales team. Key Responsibilities: A. To fix up appointments with prospective customers B. Ensure that maximum number of appointments should be made for a month C. Ensure quality of appointments provided to the sales D. Maximum number of Sales through the appointments made. D. Weekly / Monthly MIS should be reported to the Telemarketing Supervisor. Candidate Profile Experience of 1+ years in Telemarketing / Telesales or Outbound voice process. Good Communication is a must. Desired Industry Industrial, Hospitality, Service sector like Telecom, personal financial products, BPO, Insurance etc.
