Telemarketing Assistant

As a Sales Executive, your role involves selling Membership packages over the phone and achieving the targeted sales numbers. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, as well as regular follow-ups on leads assigned to you. Building a strong relationship and trust with customers is crucial, which requires understanding their requirements and suggesting the right product accordingly. It is important to explain the product features in detail and guide customers on how to use the packages effectively. Your role also includes encouraging customers to upgrade or renew their packages based on their needs. Handling customer issues and grievances effectively to provide the best customer experience is a key responsibility. Additionally, capturing insights from customer interactions and sharing them with the internal team is part of your duties. Strictly adhering to the process requirements is essential for this role.
