Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Agent to join our team! As a Telemarketing Agent, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers via phone to promote our products or services, generate leads, and drive sales. Key Responsibilities: 1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services 2. Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions 3. Generate leads, set appointments, and drive sales 4. Meet sales targets and performance goals 5. Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and sales 6. Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers 7. Stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends Requirements: 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 2. Strong sales and persuasion skills 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets 4. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software 5. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude 6. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (if required) Preferred Qualifications: 1. Previous experience in telemarketing or sales 2.
