With a strong reputation for quality and innovation, we are expanding our sales force in Udaipur and looking for passionate individuals to join our growing team.

> Job Responsibilities

1.) Sales

• Generate new business leads and build relationships with hotels, resorts, and hospitality clients.
• Meet sales targets through effective pitching, presentations, and product demos.
• Handle B2B sales inquiries, client follow-ups, and negotiations.
• Maintain and grow existing customer accounts through strong relationship management.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities, competitors, and trends.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotions, campaigns, and events.

2.) Telemarketing

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote Roserro products to potential clients.
• Fix appointments for sales executives and maintain follow-up calls.
• Keep accurate records of leads, inquiries, and conversions in CRM.
• Provide product information, pricing details, and offers to clients over calls.
• Support the sales team by generating qualified leads.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• For Sales Executive: 0–3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Hospitality Sales (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
• For Telemarketing: Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English, confident phone etiquette.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional in approach.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Udaipur.
