Telemarketer

You will be working as a Telemarketer on-site in Agra with ICFAI Business School (IBS), a renowned B-School known for its academic excellence and innovative programs. Your primary responsibilities will include reaching out to potential customers, sharing details about our programs, setting up appointments for further discussions, addressing customer queries, and nurturing positive relationships with them. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by generating leads and contributing to the enrollment process. To excel in this role, you must possess strong interpersonal skills, be proficient in appointment scheduling, exhibit excellent communication abilities, have prior customer service experience, and demonstrate expertise in sales and lead generation. The ideal candidate should be capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team. While a high school diploma or its equivalent is required, holding a Bachelor's degree would be an added advantage. Any previous experience in the education sector would be considered beneficial for this position.,
