Job Title: Telecaller – Lead Conversion & Customer Outreach

Job Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to manage and close sales leads for Hyderabadi Chai Adda. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in Hindi, Telugu, and English, and the ability to convert inquiries into confirmed deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and engage with potential franchise leads and customers.
• Clearly explain brand offerings, pricing, and partnership models.
• Follow up with leads systematically and maintain lead records accurately.
• Achieve weekly and monthly lead conversion targets.
• Report daily call status and closures to management.
• Maintain professionalism and ensure excellent customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi, Telugu, and English.
• Prior experience in telecalling / sales / lead conversion preferred.
• Strong persuasion, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer and CRM handling knowledge.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience) + performance incentives.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, 6 days a week.
• Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
