We are now looking for a Telemarketer to join our team and help us expand our customer base through effective communication and lead generation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
• Explain product features, specifications, and benefits clearly and confidently.
• Generate leads, schedule follow-ups, and maintain relationships with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and feedback in the company database.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to meet monthly targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.
• Assist in managing WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels for sales inquiries.
