It is official service center for "Sennheiser " .I went there to replace my ear-phone.Thay need original vat/tax bill to do service or exchange.every person in this center are really nice and maintain nice relationship with customers. I am satisfied on this official "SENNHEISER SERVICE CENTER (TELERAD)".

Pleased with the way Sennheiser deals with customers. Got a brand new headphone within 15 minutes in return of my old headphone just before 2 days of end of warranty.

Extremely fast service. If you have cx180 then you get original one immediately. And if you have cx213 then it take time. So better you call the service center about the headphone availability before you visit . If it available then you get immediately a new one without asking much question.
