Job Description

Develop and configure IVR solutions to automate customer interactions, including scripting, workflow creation and integration with backend systems. Write and modify scripts for IVR systems using script languages like VoiceXML, CCXML, JAVA and similar technologies. Integrate IVR systems with databases, CRM systems and other enterprise applications to pull customer data and provide a personalized experience. Build business logics on cloud platforms like AWS using IAC best practices. Monitor performance of IVR systems, troubleshoot issues and perform regular maintenance to ensure systems are running smoothly Conduct thorough testing to ensure that the IVR systems perform as expected across various scenarios and workflows. Work with business analysts, project managers and other stakeholders to gather requirements and define system specifications Ensure the IVR and chat systems adhere to company policies, security standards and industry regulations. Create and maintain technical documentation related to IVR development, configuration and troubleshooting.
