Job description:

We are seeking a Telecom Network Specialist with expertise in wireless communication technologies and telecom networks to take on a training and mentoring role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile communication (4G/5G), core and RAN systems, and network protocols. Experience in L2/L3 support, telecom operations, or system integration is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical sessions and workshops on advanced telecom networking concepts.
• Cover topics like RAN, Core Network, O-RAN, C-RAN, Transport Networks, and 5G architecture.
• Deliver training on network protocols (TCP/IP, SCTP, Diameter, GTP, etc.) and telecom use cases.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, and practical demonstrations.
• Mentor learners on industry standards, troubleshooting, and real-world telecom scenarios.
• Evaluate participants through assessments and project-based learning.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of telecom network architecture (4G/5G) and related technologies.
• Hands-on experience in network troubleshooting, signaling analysis, and L2/L3 support.
• Familiarity with O-RAN, C-RAN, virtualization, and cloud-native network functions.
• Proficiency in network monitoring tools and telecom protocols.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Prior training or knowledge-sharing experience is an advantage.
